ABOUT ME:
I was born in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines but grown up in Hong Kong where I finished my schooling at Queen’s College, Hong Kong. After my graduation, I had worked in a supervisory position in a supermarket responsible for the day-to-day over-all operation. I also have worked in a law firm which gave me four years experience in handling legal procedures for the transfer of titles and mortgages thereof. After I had been back to Philippines in 1984, I had worked in a managerial position of a marketing company including administrative, accounting and operation. At present, I am working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and as chief of Land Asia Institute Philippines, a division of Land Asia Realty & Development Corp. All these working experiences gave me enormous opportunities to interact with colleagues and valued clients. It helped me to realize that harmonious relationship can make our lives easier, more meaningful and understand the principle of “to care others first in the way that you want to be cared”.
